So I had the absolute pleasure to have Miss Salacious Sugar in my studio on the weekend... adding a little spice to her life with a shoot that was just a little bit different for her and was a lot of fun to create.
She is a stunning Wellington burlesque superstar and when we arranged to work together, we arranged to shoot two wildly different things.
This part of the session was the 'wildly different' part and was something I wanted to do that would follow on from a series I did some time ago with Venus Starr. It involved much water... much cold air... an industrial warehouse and a little bit of intrigue.
I picked Miss Sugar out deliberately, as she has such a great personality and as a rule she is so perfectly funny and pretty that I wanted to pull her out of her comfort zone and give her a role to sink her teeth into.
When we started I could tell she wasn't quite sure, but she certainly managed to take hold of her fear and she absolutely rocked the look and feel I needed, even adding her own twist to the shoot which was awesome.
Keep an eye out for another blog post with the other half of the day, but for now, here are some of the amazing images we put together...
